21:00 – Awards Ceremony for the Night Sprint Event at Nisa

09h30 – Middle Distance Event
13:00 – Awards Ceremony for Middle Distance Event and Closing Cerimony at Nisa

Entries

• Complete name of participant;
• IOF Ranking ID (mandatory for the H/D Elite classes only);
  
• Entry class;
• Date of birth;
  
• Club name;
• Country;
  
• Identity Card number or Passport number;
• SportIdent Card number (if the participant owns a SI-card, otherwise we will rent SI-cards);
  
• Define the days/events to participate for each participant (if participating only in one day/event please mention which one);
• Request for babysitting services;

Entries for Open classes may be done until the day of the event, although conditioned to the existence of enough maps.

Note: Participants whishing to participate in groups should send only one entry for the group mentioning required data for each one of the group members.

ENTRY FEES (per stage)

WRE Long Distance stage (24 Febr) or Middle Distance stage (25 Febr)

SportIdent Card rental – 1.50 €

After the 18th of February only open classes’ entries will be accepted.

The fees allready include Sports Insurance.

Classes

Open Classes:

• Event Centre - Will be located at Nisa Municipal Library at Praça da República square during the the 23rd of February, (day and evening), and in the evening of 24th of February. During the courses the Event Centre will be located near the concentration area.
• Night Meal - After the award ceremony, the Municipality of Nisa will offer a night meal for all participants on the Night Sprint course.
• Showers 1 - At Nisa Municipal Swimming Pool
• Showers 2 - At School E.B. 2/3 Pof. Mendes dos Remédios sports hall, in Nisa
• Baby-Sitting -  Available at Arez Elementary School (24th  of February) and at Old Bathing Building in Termas da Fadagosa (25th of February).
• Sleeping Floor - At School E.B. 2/3 Pof. Mendes dos Remédios in Nisa.
• Catering Service - On every course location there will be a bar and restaurant service with meals and drinks provided by the organization.
• Tourism Office and Internet Acess - Available at Nisas Municipal Library until
• 22.00, everyday.

Award Ceremonies

February, 24th

• Long Distance-WRE : At Arez Bullfight Arena at 14.00
• H/D21E: Prizes for best five athletes
• Other classes: Prizes for best three athletes
• Nigth Sprint: At Nisa's Theatre and Cinema House at 21.00
• Prizes for best three athletes in all classes

February, 25th

• Near the concentration area at Termas da Fadagosa, if the weather allows it.
• Otherwise, the award ceremony will take place at School E.B. 2/3 Pof. Mendes
• dos Remédios sports hall, in Nisa.
• H/D21E: Prizes for best five athletes
• Other classes: Prizes for best three athletes
