February 19th

(09:00 - 20:00) - Event Center opening - Santa Maria Monastery in Flor da Rosa; (1km, N of Crato)

February 20th

Night sprint - All runners should park their cars in Crato's sport area and respect the final quarantine entry hour (18h45).

21:30 - Night meal - Crato's Municipality offers a gathering / dinner to event participants, maintaining the tradition set by previous editions.
The dinner with live music will take place at Mosteiro de Santa Maria in Flor da Rosa.
It's thus requested to all participants to state, during registration, if they wish to participate in the dinner.

General Classification

The Norte Alentejano "O" Meeting Trophy winners shall be found through the sum of points of the three races (Long Distance, Night Sprint and Middle Distance).

Sports Insurance

For those athletes not affiliated in FPO - (Portuguese Orienteering Federation) Sports Insurance is not provided. The athlete should provide his own.

Entry Fees

The value of entries is considered per day, so the night sprint is free.

Sportident

Athletes should not be allowed to start with a different Sportident card (chip) number from the registered one. Changes can be made before the competition, by mail, or in competition days, near the arrivals (informatic), before each event's first start.

Model Event

(10:00 - 17:00) - Castelo de Vide (map - Vale da Silvana) - 20km

Babysitting

The babysitting service will be available in a room in the excelent Santo António Foster Home in Aldeia da Mata. (1st day - distance - 400m, 2nd day - distance - 4km)

Baths

Baths will be available in the Municipal Hall, but only in limited numbers.
Participants may preferably bathe in the Aquatic Park and Stadium of Crato which is about 200 meters from the pavilion where the Hard Floor is placed.

Embargoed maps

The maps Lameira de Cima and Coudelaria de Alter are ambargoed. Athletes found training there will be disqualified.

Forbidden devices

Athlete's use of GPS devices is forbidden during the execution of the courses unless these have no display or audio feedback.
