The city of Crato hosts, for the first time, the North Alentejano "O" Meeting in Orienteering whose fourth edition takes place this year 2010, organized by the Grupo Desportivo 4 Caminhos, that I praise for the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship, and will contribute to the dissemination of the Municipality of Crato.
I also extend a special salute to all orienteers who, from all over the world, will meet in the municipality of Crato, combining the beauty of our natural landscape and historical sense of our cultural heritage, with the practice of a sport based precisely on orientation and interpretation of the space and the territory.
The friendliness and hospitality of the Crato people will certainly be an asset in the reception of this initiative, for which we wish success and fulfillment.
We welcome the organization and all participants in the event, wishing you to feel good in the warm lands of the municipality of Crato.
